Description

Rockefeller Group recently completed two distribution buildings totaling 427,655 square feet on 39 acres in Braselton, Ga. Braselton 85- Phase II is located on Jesse Cronic Road and Highway 124 along the I-85 North corridor in the North Atlanta submarket. It broke ground in 2023 and includes two rear-load distribution buildings totaling 207,009 and 220,646 square feet respectively, both with 32’ clear ceiling heights, 52’ x 50’ column spacing, and ample auto and trailer parking. Braselton’s location along I-85 provides potential tenants with a distribution channel from Atlanta to Charlotte, bypassing metro-Atlanta traffic. The company recently sold the smaller of the two buildings with the 220,646 square foot distribution center available for sale or lease. The business park is the company’s second development in Braselton. The company completed and sold Braselton 85 in 2021, a 222,618-square-foot distribution center located one mile from the new project. Braselton 85 was leased to Duckyang America Inc., a Korean automotive equipment supplier, and sold to Cabot Properties.
