Chris Rising: It is arbitrary, and I think you have lots of debates about what an off-market deal really is. But I do think it's part of the DNA of anybody in real estate. They just feel like they're getting a better deal if it's off-market, no matter what it would be. We absolutely do judge on the success of a deal. But that's more handed off to the asset manager.
