Description

Construction continues to advance at the Apple Valley Commons expansion, with the new 20,000-square-foot retail building taking clear shape. Since our last update, the masonry shell structure is now complete. Interior construction is actively underway, with electrical rough-in in progress, slab-on-grade completed, and demising walls fully constructed. Work has also begun on underside roof insulation, and storefront framing is complete. Looking ahead, the next phase will include fine grading for the surrounding hardscape and landscape areas. The expansion will welcome Ulta Beauty, Bath & Body Works, and Five Below, reinforcing Apple Valley Commons as a key retail destination in the High Desert. The project remains on schedule for tenant turnover.
