This four-story project contains a 200,000-square-foot retail center, 420 apartments, 25,000 square feet of creative office space and 3 acres of open space, with a projected development cost of $260 million. It was developed by Lincoln Property Co. Phoenix Property Company and Paragon Commercial Group. The project was designed by renowned architecture firm Johnson Fain.
