Chris Rising: Fortunately, it continues to increase. We own and manage more than five million square feet. The company's about $1.6 billion of assets under management. But it fluctuates. We're not a company that buys something and keeps it for 100 years, and most of our business plans are three to five year holds. Some have been a little longer, depending on what we're trying t
